NEW - Online Banking

All Members will be asked to RE-Enroll

You will not be able to access your Online & Mobile Banking during the upgrade. The upgrade will begin on 10.04.2023 at 4:00pm Central. You should be able to access your Online & Mobile Banking at 12:00pm Central 10.05.2023.

Online Banking Enrollment Instructions:

  1. ALL members are required to re-enroll. 

  2. You MUST know your account number and Social Security number to re-enroll. If you are unsure of your account number, you should call the credit union and verify before attempting to re-enroll for the new Home Banking service. 

    1. Find Your Account Number-> Your Account Number is located on your monthly statements. 

  3. Choose a NEW User Name. The username must be between 6 and 32 characters in length.  Letters and numbers are allowed as well as these special characters: !?@$%^*-_+|.   Spaces are not allowed in a user ID.  

  4. Choose a NEW Password. Must have Upper Case, Lower Case, Number, and a Special Character and must be at least 8 but no more than 32 characters in length with no spaces.

  5. Choose NEW Security Questions. 

Mobile Banking Enrollment Instructions:

  1. Download the NEW Mobile App. Mobile App Users may re-enroll with the Mobile App. The same steps will have to be completed.

NEW - Bill Pay

You will not be able to access Bill Pay during the upgrade. The upgrade will begin on 10.04.2023 at 4:00pm Central. You should be able to access Bill Pay at 12:00pm Central 10.05.2023.

Q: How does the system upgrade affect Bill Pay?
A: All current Bill Pay members are asked to save a copy of their current merchants, addresses, account numbers, amounts, etc. as this information will no longer be available after October 4, 2023.  After enrolling in the New Online Banking, members will enroll in Bill Pay and set up their bills.  We apologize for the inconvenience but the information will not transfer to the new system. 


Q: What if I have scheduled bills to be paid through Bill Pay during the system upgrade?
A:  Any bills that are due to be paid after October 3, 2023, will not be processed.  Any bills due after this date must be set up in the new Bill Pay system.
